“Newer store hotel with nice rooms at a better price than comparable hotels nearby. The style isn't my favorite, but it was clean and well kept. The photos I shared are of a one bedroom suite. It is definitely smaller than one bedroom suites in the area though. There is only one main set of elevators, so if you have issues walking, be sure to ask for a room near the elevator or on the first floor. There is a half decent breakfast buffet with hour and cold choices. They also have an indoor pool which is nice, but nothing amazing. No hot tub. You do get what you pay for. For the slightly lower cost here, you seem to lose some of the more subtle touches and luxuries. Plus the rooms are more cramped. All that being said, it was nice and the staff was friendly and helpful.”

I panicked when I received tracking information and noticed that the sender had put an incorrect town on the shipping address (correct zip code) but the package was already out for delivery. (Issue was with the sender, not UPS). I was told by the UPS call center that I would need to speak with the local shipping center in order to find out if the package was on the correct truck. I went in person and the counter clerk, Tom, could not have been more helpful! He went above and beyond not only locating the package in the driver's manifest to ensure it was on the correct truck going to the correct address (by zip code, not by town listed on package)- he even called the driver to ensure the package was en route to my home. Kudos to Tom- he was so pleasant and helpful!!”
