The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was because of the original mishap with my order. However, the customer service that I received after the error was discovered and fixed, definitely renewed my faith in the company. I received a call from Joe with, what I felt were sincere apologies and genuine care for what I believed to be poor customer service. The store manager Steve was extremely accommodating and went out of his way to ensure that my order was ready and waiting when I got to the Pompton Lakes store to pick up my daughter's uniform. The experience with this company is the epitome of what all customer service should be and they definitely recovered a customer in this case. I will not hesitate to use their services again.
