“This is my third storage facility in a year! I was very impressed from the first moment I walked into this facility exhausted and unwilling to compromise on my high standard for what a storage facility should be providing for me. I was greeted by Preston who literally guided me to their seating area and sat down and fully listened to my journey that found me at their facility that afternoon. He complete heard me and found nothing wrong with what I was looking for in a facility and their management. He worked with me to find the perfect unit based on previous situations that had caused damage to my belongs. They very much actively walk the floors of the storage facility and check in everything. Christine literally called me as I was in the process of moving in and my storage unit was unlocked and called to tell so. I find that level of care outstanding! It is deeply appreciated as I travel a lot and trust that my belonging will be safe. Their Regional Manager is quite prompt in returning phone calls to address issues and actually resolve them. This facility hears me, meets my needs as if they were their own. They truly care about the residents of their facility! They are truly the best storage facility in the area after being with two other big corpse owned ones. A privately owned and managed facility is definitely the way to go with storage facilities for me! Much love and gratitude to the staff and management of this beautiful Randolph facility!”

“I have been bringing my 3 grandchildren to this office for 5 years. I have been beyond pleased with the care that they receive. My youngest has had a lot of work, including some crowns. He is now 8 years old and is not afraid to go to the dentist at all. My 2 granddaughters are older and are quite happy there also. I would recommend this office to all parents looking for a warm, comfortable, happy experience. It is decorated so beautifully with children in mind. The same hygienists have been seeing my grandchildren since the beginning. I think this is commendable for an office to have the same staff year after year. It makes both the children and the parents feel very comfortable.”

“Being a very busy parent and trying to get my daughter to her appointments, Dr. Baumwoll and staff are very accommodating and I can usually get my first or second choice in appointments. Even on school holidays. They are quick and efficient. My daughter had a problem with a wire on a day she was closed but she made arrangements and opened up our office for her to adjust the wire so my daughter was comfortable for the weekend. No doubt that I am happy that I switched from another orthodontist. My daughter really admires her and is considering in a career in orthodontics :)”

“I went in for a routine cleaning and my name was called and was greeted with a smile, she introduced herself as Anita and shook my hand. Very nice connection and customer service skills, made good conversation and was funny. During my cleaning she gave me tips and advice on how to take care of my teeth better and brought up areas I needed more work in that she noticed while looking. Did a very nice job cleaning my teeth. Great job!”
