I have visited this cabin since i was old enough to walk. I can walk there from my house but I would rent it for a night if that was an option
My troop owns this place, lots of hiking, bonfires, and top secret Russian plutonium handling
Boy Scouts, Troop 165, take care of this cabin and have restored quite a bit of it. Well taken care of
