I can count on a text message when it's time for salt, and when I call the office to schedule, the people I've spoken to have always been very pleasant and helpful. The gentlemen who have delivered the salt have always been polite and courteous. The filtration system requires almost no maintenance, but I know that when it's time, Advanced will let me know. “I would give A Grade the highest mark. Their work was excellent. They were on time and on top of any thing that had to be done. The team was so responsive, so polite and so helpful. It was a very big job as we had a tree fall on our house during hurricane Ida and we had water damage as well. It was a very big job and I couldn’t be more pleased. I cannot say enough nice things about the team. They left the house in great condition just like it was before the storm. They did little things when I didn’t have to ask and always left the house clean in spite of all the work. As I said originally, I would recommend them very highly.”
