“I got my glasses done at Costco Union & had problems seeing my computer screen at arms length away. I went back to Union Costco, the 2 guys there adjust the eyepiece & side but insist there is nothing wrong & for me to go back to my eye doctor which I did. My eye doctor re did the exam & came up with the conclusion , the problem is how the glasses were made.. I decided to bring the glasses back to Costco East Hanover, where I work in the vicinity. The man, Bill Picillo ,took my glasses & immediately said in his many years, he had never seen something so off. & days later I got my glasses back with better vision. I can now read my screen & text on my iphone without removing my glasses. Beware of Costco Optical in Union if glasses does not come out right.”
