That night I went home took all 4 wheels off and at 8am dropped them off. We went for a test drive and talked about what the Jeep would cost and how much they'd give for my trade-in. He sent a follow-up email the next day and by Monday afternoon we had agreed on terms. He was helpful without being pushy when we spoke in person and responsive whenever I called or emailed him a question. I picked up my new Jeep a few days later and couldn't be happier.
