“Good bagels, but they apparently bake them elsewhere and not here - thus they are not as warm and just baked as I like to get when elsewhere - at other bagel shops I am able to ask which just came out and get those as first choice - the bagels at Mike's, though, are very good - and I would like to be there when they come over right away from just having been made - it would also be great if they offered a vegan non-dairy cream cheese option - their coffee is excellent and made fresh regularly - and their home fries are good too.”

“What a difference in 24 hours. I decided to give this place another chance. The service was great and the assistant manager was very apologetic for the disaster on the previous day even though she wasn't even present at the time. I still want to see the video the owner was looking at to make his comments below which are absolutely not true. Thank you for your response to my comment earlier today regarding the horrible service. While I do agree that your worker was working very hard everything else in your comment is untrue. I placed my order at 1:13pm and walked out of the store without my bowl at 1:45pm. The bowl was still not ready or else I would have taken it as I no longer had time to get any lunch today. The manager never apologized and never offered a discount. The only thing he asked was for my credit card info. Please save the video as I would love to see it. I will be in your store tomorrow to see what you are looking at because it is clearly not me.”

“My family eats at Applebee's maybe once a month, and we love it. The staff has always been friendly and service is usually very good bordering on great. We have ordered many different many items and the portion sizes are always good and the food is great. I don't think I have ever ordered something bad. If your in the neighborhood check them out.
