Our four-year-old grandson was with us, so we were worried that the time it would take for us to buy our Ford Edge ST would take its toll on him. It was the exact opposite; he was given a choice of a toy car to keep and was able to play with several others at "his own desk." Olivia was great! She was knowledgeable with the car and helped us set up some of the new technology, which saved us a lot of time later. The whole process was very smooth. The service department did a great job prepping the car for us to take home. We weren't pressured into making any decisions we weren't comfortable with. “I've never been disappointed in the quality and service of Frank's. The Frank's special pizza is delicious (pizza with "the works")!!! Had to wait a long time to get a pizza on Halloween (my mistake...EVERYONE is getting pizza on that day), but as an added bonus for patiently waiting in their packed restaurant (a surefire sign of a restaurant totally worth the wait), I was given a chocolate candy treat! Love their generous antipasto, parmesan, and their pizza dough is perfect! Keep up the great work. I'm definitely a customer for life.”
