“I recently made the switch from Verizon to T-Mobile after doing some extensive research. I wasn't so concerned as the customer service (not in store, but over the phone) as i was with coverage areas. I found them to be similar. In store, I connected with "Johnny" - presumably the manager? Johnny was very knowledgeable and courteous, setting up my new phones and porting my numbers over, explaining that my existing phones would be paid off by T-Mobile, and my early termination fees paid as well. I did have a couple of issues arising from the submission of rebates, and once again, I was assisted by Johnny, and a young lady whose name escapes me, but equally knowledgeable. To be fair, there are a couple of other employees there who are not as knowledgeable, and need some hand-holding through more complex processes. Some additional training wouldn't hurt them or the reputation of the store. Overall, a 5 star experience.”

“This hotel is absolutely gorgeous inside. The lobby is huge, with lots of nice conference rooms. The hotel can be a bit confusing to navigate, but the signage should be able to reasonably get you to the room. The room itself is very nice, but a bit dark (could have used more lighting). As for amenities, the hotel comes with an indoor and an outdoor pool, both quite a bit bigger than a normal hotel pool, as well as a fitness center that has treadmills, ellipticals, and some weights. There's no free breakfast here, but I enjoyed my overall experience.”
