Very friendly and helpful staff. Interestingly, they happen to speak well of HF as an employer. That might explain why they are friendly and helpful!
Great place to buy very reasonable tarps, tools and general home supply items. I've shopped at one in Pennsylvania and the staff was nice and knowledgeable...this store not so much. You should still go, but lower your expectations.
Great location. They were having an issue with their system being down during the California fires and had to ring me up the old school way, with a hand-written receipt and all. When the system came back up, I was incorrectly charged twice for my order. The manager, Joe, was a stand-up guy who helped me out in getting the issue resolved, and even made it worth my time to come back down to the store for a refund. While it could have gone either way, Joe made me feel like a valued customer and I'll be sure to return to this location in the future for all of my Harbor Freight purchases.
Harbor Freight has good deals on hand tools. You have to be careful on what you got there. Most stuff is very good. I just bought a Shop-Vac a month ago and I used it to suck out all the water in my air conditioning drip pan. Sucked up 5 gallons of water every day for a month and the Shop-Vac is still working amazing pay $47 for it good deal.
