The trainers are all absolutely amazing, they make the workouts a lot of fun. They are all encouraging, positive, motivating, and they truly want you to meet your goals. The class schedule is also very accommodating there are classes that start as early as 5am and as late as 7pm. The members at SPF are equally as amazing as the trainers.
