“Brought in my 1990 Chevy 350 block from a truck I bought non running. The cylinders were rotted out, and the block looked like it was pulled from a shipwreck. I brought it to them, and being that it was my first engine build, I didn’t really know what I was doing. They were very patient with me and helpful in determining what would need to be done to it. They bored the cylinders and machined the crankshaft and gave me the new specs to order a rebuild kit, and then they installed the new pistons onto the rods when I brought them in, and changed the core plugs. When I got the motor back, it looked brand new. They spent at least an hour with me telling me how to put it together and things to look out for. The final bill was very reasonable, wasn’t blindsided by any extra charges and it was right around where they quoted me. 4,000 miles on this previously destroyed engine, and she doesn’t burn a drop of oil or coolant, makes fantastic oil pressure, and is my daily driver now. Couldn’t have done it without these guys, and next time I get into a project like that again, I’ll be bringing it to them!”
