Complete Care at Green Acres

My Aunt has been here for 1 month so far. She’s improved so much with the daily therapy and she looks so much better.

Her spirits have lifted. She’s making friends and enjoys all the activities they do for the residents especially Bingo.

I’m very happy with her progress. The staff is very nice and caring from what I’ve witnessed.

Only thing negative I’d have to say is I wish she had a room by herself. Seems like a lot of her clothing I bought to her is missing. She said they took her laundry so I’ll visit in 2 days with an update.

My Dad & I and my brothers are extremely pleased with your facility. They treat their residents like my Mom as family and it definitely shows.

I commend all staff at Green Acres for the wonderful care they are giving to my Mom

My mom has been a resident at Complete Care at Green Acres for the last two and a half years. I am grateful to the care she has received from many on the nursing staff. Linda, her nurse on the third floor, David, the administrator, Stephanie, her social worker, and the receptionists, Jamie, Erica and Lorraine have been kind, patient and understanding and always willing to go the extra mile to help my mom. They are professionals, and I cannot thank them enough for the assistance they have given mom and me! The facility is well maintained, always clean, and there are plenty of activities for those that choose to participate. It’s nice to walk into the reception area upon arrival and be greeted by a friendly face!

I fractured my hip and have been at Green Acres for about 6 weeks. I’ve been in the Court Yard wing and my room is bright and sunny.
First things first: your concerns are immediately addressed.
The staff goes above and beyond to meet your needs
Ever single worker has time for a few kind, encouraging words.
The tenderness the therapy staff treats the residents can bring one to tears
I’ve read many of the reviews and I have to say I agree with this. Please figure out keeping hot food hot.
Other than that, as much as I am looking forward to going home, in a weird sort of way I am sad to be leaving. Thank you all so very much

This place for Rehab is amazing. 👍My mom is 87 and was From July 28th till Aug 13th. All there employees that I have dealt with were kind and helpful.
They treated my mom with respect & had the patience of helping her get up and back in to the Community.
This place is very clean and the food was decent.
I would highly recommend this facility for your loved ones.
Also a special THANK YOU to the Nurse "Linda" that went out of her way, to support and care for all my moms needs.
