(September 8, 2018, 12:36 pm)Drs. Jacob and Jeff are top notch. After only a few sessions with Dr Jacob I can feel a real change in my shoulder. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone who is experiencing pain. Lexie at the front desk rounds out the staff. She is always welcoming and a real nice person. You will not be disappointed with your experience at Maximum Wellness!
(August 22, 2018, 2:40 pm)I’ve gone through more chiropractors than I’d like to admit at only 25 years old, and Dr. Jeff is by far the best yet. He is very thorough with his approach of not only the spine, but also soft muscle and stretches. I go in feeling 55 years old and out feeling 25.
(August 13, 2018, 9:19 am)i have been delaying my much needed chiro visit, because i was terrified that they will crack and pull and push me, twisting my aching body every which way to snap my spine back to normal, i was terrified of the torture i thought chiropractors do.
But when my back pain got stronger than my fear of them, i gave in. After much research i found Maximum Wellness to be the highest rated near me, i read the reviews and made a booking. i showed up for my first visit full of pain with Dr. Jeff, being terrified again of what is coming next.
But for some reason Dr. Jeff didn't want to twist and crack and break me. Nope. He massaged my apparently rock hard stiff back muscles with his fingers, not with a machine, with his fingers to try to get as close as possible to the affected areas, using his own strength and energy to try to move and loosen up those stiffened areas that prevented my mobility. He found two impacted areas, my neck as well, that didn't bother me, but apparently was the reason why my arms and hands had no strength either. He found that troubled area as well and addressed the same, massaging with his own fingertips and hand to try to restore circulation and mobility.
No cracking and breaking my spine was ever done.
After four visits i was able to function almost decent, the results are simply above and beyond what i expected, i wasn't tortured, i wasn't hurt in the name of healing, none of that.
Dr. Jeff is the BEST. Chiropractors tend to have and get a bad name, but wow, Maximum Wellness is simply amazing. Super affordable, super nice, understanding, they have just one goal: to HELP YOU!
I am beyond grateful! Lexie is amazing as well, she is super accommodating always, they simply go above and beyond.
If you have the same fear that i had seeing a chiropractor go to Dr. Jeff. You will be most disappointed in your expectations of a painful torture, you won't get none of that. Go see Dr. Jeff. Your body will thank you !

(July 14, 2018, 3:21 pm)This place completely changed my mind about physical therapy. The staff is so knowledgeable, funny, and kind. It’s more of a one on one treatment which is nice so that your progress is closely monitored. Only place I’d consider doing physical therapy now!
