Forget buying a CPAP machine online... when Mark delivers the machine to you, he takes the time to explain EVERYTHING and makes small adjustments to the features that ensure you'll have the best overall experience with your day to day usage (you'll NEVER get this attention from an Internet site order). He's also very good about including little extras that you'll definitely need at no charge (I got a small travel case and some extra filters). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!”

“My husband and I brought our rescue there for the first time yesterday morning. We were reluctant to do so as we have been using the same vet for several years. We have recently moved, and we decided to try lanoka oaks because they are so close to our house. We had a wonderful first experience. I called at 9:30am and was given a 10:00 appointment for a dog that had never been there before. They treated us as if we had been customers for years. They were patient, and they were sure to answer all of our questions. All of the staff members were wonderful. My rescue can be skiddish around new people, but he went right up to all of the staff at lanoka oaks wagging his tail. Truly wonderful service. Dr. Knox was excellent. We were told to put our dog on prescription food, so I thought it might be less expensive through chewy. The front desk staff was so helpful through the process and even informed me that lanoka oaks sells the food at a lower cost than chewey does via text message. We will definitely continue to use lanoka oaks for all of our animals in the future. -Christina and Justin Campos”

“My mom has just become a resident as of 2/14/17. I'm adding a review now because of how I was handled as an over-stressed, overwhelmed, frightened daughter entering a season of life that is so extremely delicate and scary. Most (90%) of the executive staff is helpful and ease the transition as best they can without making you feel as if your loved one is a "cash cow" and without sounding harsh, "a body in a bed =$$$...The support staff on the other hand (nurse, aides) are EXCEPTIONAL! We had a rough first and second day that can only be described as, "you can't make this up" with my mom and her declining diesese????. They (Mimi and Michelle) were compassionate and caring when even I couldn't take the stress. The serving staff (dining) are a bit harsh and rough on the residents and could use a bit more training in human kindness. After all these residents are far from charity and pay a substantial rent/fee for their home. Time will tell as to the care and kindness I will observe and critique as the weeks and months go by...I will update and adjust when necessary! We all should be more vocal in demanding superior care for our senior loved ones! We owe them our existence and should be treasured ????”
