She walked us through the entire process, explaining the routine of the unit and the regulations. She has the patience of a saint, in that she made herself available to answer all of my questions, and there were many. On the day we moved my dad in, her and Bob were very supportive. The nursing staff in the Applewood unit were compassionate. The entire team made the transition easier. Since we moved him in, Michelle made a point to call me to provide an update. They have kept my mom updated on how he is doing. As we move forward, the staff at Holiday Care is considered as part of our extended family.”
