Can't see/touch the overwhelming majority of the appliances they sell, but if you can decide (or narrow it down) based on shopping their website, they can get it for you in a timely manner for the best prices around (as far as I can tell). And, as important as everything else, not a pushy sales experience, but they genuinely want to help you, even if that means not buying something yet.”

I didn't know anything about the process, how much it should cost, under what circumstances it should be replaced instead if repaired, etc. In other words, they had ample opportunity to take advantage of me. After the installation, I did some research and talked with other people to find out that not only were they fair with me, they were actually cheaper than I was told to expect. In other words, this is a plumbing business you can TRUST. They will have my business again should the need arise.”
