I stopped into this store expecting the usual....long lines, tired help, etc. This location was empty and Jesús could not do enough to help me move 1000s of bits of data from the old phone to the new phone. He did this as quickly as possible, answered my standard 100 questions and sent me on my way. He's probably the most knowledgable rep that's helped me at any Metro store.
