Quest Diagnostics Somerset

I scheduled an appointment on a Tuesday for the following Friday at 9:45.
I received several text messages reminding me about my appointment and was able to create an account, where my lab results will be posted. I showed up on time and saw on a screen in the waiting room that my turn would come in 4 minutes. I was called in almost immediately to have my blood drawn by Sharia, who was extremely pleasant and professional. Sharia made the experience quick and painless. Highly recommend.

They had a hard time finding the doctor in the computer. It took a little while to figure it out, but it was not a problem. The blood draw was quick and painless. She was nice and asked if I needed help to get out of the office since I use a walker. I just wish I gotten her name.

The staff was very courteous and knowledgeable.
I would recommend this place.

I visited this office today ! Everything went smooth for the most part. The front desk representative was very nice and made me feel comfortable. My phlebotomist Martha was amazing. The process was pretty very painless. She was very quick and efficient. I’m not sure what’s up with the previous reviews but I had a great experience here. I’ll update if anything comes up.
