  The sales manager Francisco did exactly what he said he would do and delivered the vehicle on time. I had an excellent experience with the dealership and will continue to service my vehicle with this dealership. The salesmen Mike was excellent as well. He was knowledgeable and courteous! I will recommend friends and family to this dealership because of the of the service that I received from these guys. They are the best!

  Nick in Service was helpful and he told me what he was going to do about the tire. He told me how long it was going to take. And it didnt take that long. He had an explanation for everything and he was really nice.

  My husband and I purchased our first Jeep here and we absolutely could not be happier. Andrew was our sales rep. and believe me when I tell you that he is one of the best agents in the business. In fact, what brought us back to Global Jeep after shopping around at multiple dealerships was Andrew's top-tier customer service. He was the only sales person we met that actually took the time to sit down with us and write down all of the numbers up-front; no games, no hidden amounts, and the precise calculations we needed to understand what the best decision for us was. He got us in the car we wanted and we were able to walk out the door with it same day.
  
  Not only that, but ALL of the sales agents here truly care about the service they provide from the second you walk through the door. We asked a million and one questions and they are always so incredibly patient and kind. It's such a refreshing experience.
  
  Can't say enough great things about Global Jeep. We had so many bad experiences at other dealerships who couldn't care less about negotiating prices and presenting you with decent alternative options. Global Jeep will really do their very best to get in the car you want and they're honest about your options. We will definitely come back for a future purchase.

  The sales person Chris and the manager's customer service was very good. I am highly convinced with their price and the quality. I recommend everyone to visit their dealership if they need any Jeep model today or in future.

  We were very happy with our experience at Global Auto and with our salesman, Mike. He assisted us in buying a 2018 Jeep Compass.
  
  We had an instant rapport with him and he even made the process enjoyable. He took us around the lot to look at several models and took the time to explain everything in detail. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable and we never felt pressured. The rest of the staff also made the process easy and very seamless. At the end of the day we drove home in the car the exact car that we wanted at a fair price.
