  My family and I have been purchasing vehicles from Global (formerly Potamkin) for 30 years solely due to one of the salesmen there, Chris Santos. He is ALWAYS honest and fair and genuinely friendly, not trying to befriend you in order to make a sale.

  Who likes having their car serviced? Not me! But the experience at Global Auto Mall is very pleasant and painless.
  
  I was impressed by so many things. The service waiting area, for example, is clean, spacious, lots of vending machines and free coffee/tea/bagels. Nice!
  
  Nick, my service representative, delivered on his promise to have me out of there in an hour and a half. He truly knows the meaning of customer service. He was polite and clearly explained what needed to be done.
  
  I've been driving for decades and can honestly say this is THE BEST car dealership and service dept. I've ever been to. Special shout out also to my salesman, Vinnie, who got me into my new Kia Optima with no pressure and a great deal.

  I purchased my Kia Sorento and there was a miscommunication during the financing process but the general manager was very responsive and immediately reached out as soon as he was made aware of my concerns and went above/beyond to make it right. I appreciate his attention to customer service and satisfaction which I believe sets the tone for the entire dealership. Thanks to my salesperson Ken Harris for a great showroom experience!

  I recently traded in my KIA Soul and from the moment we walked in, everyone was very friendly and very helpful. The folks over at Global are always nice and courteous and willing to do whatever they can to make your car buying experience enjoyable and as painless as possible! If you or your family need a car, Global has it all!

  It was a pleasure to buy a car from Chris Santos. He put us in a car that had everything we wanted at a great price. He treated us great through the whole experience. Global Automall is a great dealership.
