The workouts also change up every time you go so you don’t know what to expect which helps your body guessing. 100% recommend!

(September 2, 2021, 1:52 pm)When I first was contacted by RockBox Fitness, I was a bit unsure if I should take this step in my life because of where I was physically and mentally. But after taking my first class, it was like a whole 180 turn. I have grown to love this place, especially because it is filled with such friendly staff. My mind is at ease knowing that I have a place where I can be at peace as ironic as that may sound. I am surrounded by coaches that encourage me and that are willing to challenge me. I have seen changes in my body and mind, but most importantly my health and for that I am grateful. Thank you RockBox Fitness! May God continue to bless you as you continue to encourage many people towards a healthier lifestyle!
