    The program is outstanding! I love that every class is different and more challenging than the previous. The trainers are outstanding and keep you motivated. I am so glad that I walked in the door and started this journey!

    Going to the Max challenge was the best thing I’ve ever done for myself. It gave me my body and my life back. As for results I have lost over 20 Lb and countless inches..... but best of all I have confidence in myself and met amazing people in the process.

    Joining the MAX Challenge is one of the best decisions you can make for yourself!! The trainers are motivating, energetic, and truly care about your success!! I definitely recommend this program to people of ALL fitness levels!

    The environment is so motivating, it keeps you going back everyday. It's not like a regular gym. You become like a family, all reaching towards common goals. The nutrition plan is easy to follow, it's all normal food that you find in your local supermarket. Each day feels different, so you don't get bored and your body is constantly challenged.
