“Great Customer Service! We had a 4ft branch go thru the lower part of the passenger side of our windshield of our 2021 Hyundai Elantra. It damaged our windshield, Hood and the heater box was completely destroyed. It took a little time to get our car., because the shop had to order a new heater box. But when we got our car back it was completely restored back to it’s original state. The paint on the hood matched perfectly. Needless to say we ARE very pleased! We highly recommend Showcase Autobody of Hillsborough, NJ As an added touched they vacuumed the inside and the trunk of our car !”

Let me preface by saying, I first went to a local Hyundai dealership, who insisted that I needed new tires (which I was aware of) but they all told me that I needed new brake pads & rotors, a whee alignment, and a brake flush. Brian, at Mavis (of Basking Ridge) had his guys look at the car, and said the only thing I needed was new tires. This man, and this place are honest and trustworthy. “Absolutely great mechanics. I know you see a lot of these type of reviews but for real they are awesome. I have an older car that was running terrible to the point where I was ready to get rid of it. I brought it to Ridge auto the entire crew, there is very courteous, kind and willing to work with you, both the manager and the mechanic will come out and explain things to you. that need to be done and also things that need to be done but can wait if you are concerned with a budget. He is not out to hose anybody. When they were done with that car it ran so well it is like a different vehicle. It needed new intake gaskets, some light front end work, and a few other things, I have brought multiple vehicles to him now including my ram pick up that needed a fuel pump. He stands by all his work they have been in business for quite a while. Don’t hesitate to bring your vehicles there. Thank you guys.”

“Called on Friday looking for some new tires. I spoke with Matt on the phone and he was extremely friendly and helpful. They didn't have the ones I wanted in stock so he told me he would place the order and call me when they came in. To my surprise, I received a call the next day (Saturday) that the tires were in. (I have 4 foreign cars so not everyone can deal with one of them) and i appreciated the honesty and not just letting me bring in the Jaguar to rip me off (transmission issues need specialty trans people) So the next car that needed repair, I called him! My car had issues and I tried to fix it myself, spent a lot of money over the span of two weeks and was stressing over it but the issue was still there. I took it to Mario’s shop, left it for a couple of hours to diagnose it and they fixed it on the spot. Very helpful and honest people. I highly recommend this spot.”
