“Went last night around(Friday) 6pm with my kids and their friend for the first time. They like to go to another place in Somerville but since they couldn’t accommodate us we gave Koto a try. We all agreed that we liked it better. The atmosphere and decor are great. Staff is very friendly and very good. The food was great and potions were quite large. They have a full bar so a big plus. By the time we left, both hibachi and sushi areas were packed. Plenty of staff to manage the place and they are on it! Highly recommend giving them a try.”

“Mike and his team provide quality work. They have upgraded our heating system, remodeled our bathroom, and remodeled our family room. The plumbers and carpenters that did our work were always professional, respectful, and trustworthy. We gave them the key codes to our home and let them work while we were out/away. Mike himself is extremely competent. Will you pay more? That depends upon how much you value quality work and people you trust to be in your home. We rest easier knowing the work was done right.”

“I took my Mazda 6 for routine 12,000 mile maintenance. Pulled into Service area, was greeted warmly, instructed to go inside and see a service representative. She was very friendly and explained the cost involved. I had one issue and she addressed it right away. I sat in a very comfortable and clean waiting area. While I was waiting I received a text message from the technician working on my car. It was a VIDEO of him underneath my car showing me my car and talking to me about my car. I was like "Wow" this is incredible. He actually thanked me for allowing him to service my car! A short while later he called my name and brought me back to the same service representative who walked me to the cashier. I was charged exactly what I was quoted and my car was there waiting for me. What a wonderful experience. P.S. I also received text messages and emails reminding me of my appointment the day before.”
