She gladly modified the order to meet my dietary needs. She also figured out a way to put a great sandwich into a soft taco so I could eat it during my drive. A contractors answer to the "road lunch" issue. Chocolate chip/Bacon cookie?! Going back for more, I'm hooked. I recommend you call ahead to make sure she isn't out catering a big party somewhere.
