At the time of her admission there was initial contact with the administrator, nurses, therapist, and many other staff members who just popped in to say hello. All were personable and helpful and during the stay they were outstanding in every aspect of care. The choice of institutional placement for a parent is difficult enough, yet it is an irreplaceable resource for some necessary care.
