I gave 4 stars and not 5 because of my interaction with the 2 ladies at the front desk this morning. I do not want to get into detail, but if they had paid attention and listened to the conversation I had with them this morning, I would not have felt offended by something they asked me that I had spoken of with them a few minutes earlier.”

She listens to my questions and concerns and truly cares about what we wanted for our pregnancy and delivery. She has a great sense of humor and is also very calm and reassuring which makes going for all of our visits very enjoyable. There is no one else I would rather have had delivering my little guy!”

“My Mother-in-law had a very recent stay for rehab at the facility. We always found a friendly smile and warm, compassionate care. At the time of her admission there was initial contact with the administrator, nurses, therapist, and many other staff members who just popped in to say hello. All were personable and helpful and during the stay they were outstanding in every aspect of care. The choice of institutional placement for a parent is difficult enough, yet it is an irreplaceable resource for some necessary care.
