Great product and excellent customer service. Did not initially receive a game promotion that was supposed to come with my PC due to issues with COVID. Reached out to customer service and was offered multiple solutions. They were patient enough to wait for me to look over those solutions for 8 months and still find a solution w/o giving me any guff about it. Just great customer service and a great experience.

I purchased a Turbo with custom Apex water cooling and I have to say that my expectations were completely blown away. I had some idea of what I was getting into because I already saw a breakdown of the system on LTT but to see it in person is a whole other experience. It's gorgeous, and the custom water cooling keeps everything cooler than I've ever seen it (Doom Eternal at 4k120 with Ultra Nightmare settings and the graphics card is sitting at a cool 67 degrees C. WOW.

With that said, I did have some trouble as there seemed to be a very slow leak in the system that I noticed when it started losing coolant. Enter my second amazing experience, Customer Support. Of course I reached out to Maingear and sent them some pictures of what was happening, they said that absolutely shouldn't be happening and they would diagnose/fix it. Only three days later they had already had it apart and rebuilt replacing all of the fittings and o-rings just to be sure.

I'd also like to thank Carson in the CS department for going above and beyond while repairing my system...and for taking the extra time to answer all of my many, many questions (as I'm new to custom water cooled systems). You're the best!

Tl;dr - Maingear makes an absolutely solid custom build, their customer support is amazing, and I would absolutely buy from them again 10/10.

Jordan and Carson were both SPECTACULAR at helping me fix my computer, I was convinced it was hardware, but through their diligence and hard work and some top notch sluething, they found the issue, and fixed it for me. They were both so communicative and helpful, I cant recommend maingear enough!
