“This place is amazing! I have a hino truck that had some electrical issues and I’ve must’ve went to at least 5 other places who kept giving me the runaround. They would leave my truck sitting there for days and not do anything and feed me excuses but Summit Transmission took me right away and already knew what the issue was!! They are very professional and really look out for your best interest! Pricing was extremely reasonable and they fixed my truck with no issues!!! The staff is extremely friendly and the lady that answers the phone is super helpful!! Thank you Summit Transmission! I will definitely be returning for my other trucks if they ever have any issues!! I tried going to a place in Platte City first, but they were going to be 4 hours. I got right in at tires plus. It was 3 hours quicker and $50 cheaper. Great service and great prices. “I have to share whenever I come across awesomeness, which is very rare. Stopped by this auto shop because I got a flat on my way home one evening. It was late, FREEZING outside, and I was desperate. I went in and asked for assistance to change the flat. To my surprise the manager told me the shop was closed, but they would help me nonetheless. This guy Richy, had my tire changed in no time, gave me some good advice about the car for my next tire change. The best part was these guys were honest, and fair with the prices. “The 1 star review was about another company with the same name as ours. There are a few, but the one we keep hearing complaints about is the one located in Long Island. We have never, and would never, tell a customer to jump start their car before we could tow it. Our staff is very experienced in moving any passenger vehicle, regardless of condition, running, stuck in gear, wheels missing, etc., without ever having a damage complaint. I ask the person who posted the other review to please call us on the phone so we can figure out which company it actually was that treated them wrong. We don't even do breakdown tows for roadside assistance currently.”
