“We had an issue with water pooling under our hardwood flooring. I got quotes from 2 or three other floor repair techs strongly advising that they’d need to tear up the flooring and replace it at a significant cost. Masters Floors crew came out and said just the opposite. They advised that they could repair the existing flooring at a fraction of the cost. They got to it, completed the job quickly and the floors looked amazing!”

“They are always very responsive and effective in appropriately diagnosing the problem which can make a big difference in the ultimate cost of the solution. Today I thought I had a leak from my water heater. They came out within half an hour ready to replace the heater under warranty. Their plumber discovered with in 5 minutes that it was just a worn out fitter for the humidifier water line. Took 5 minutes to replace. I know I can trust their assessment of the problem from previous experiences as well. I have been using their services for many years but this is my first time actually writing a review.
