“Republic banks have the best service and policies of any chain of banks except this branch. This branch is the closest to my house and I will drive a half hour out of my way to avoid the consistently poor service and nasty attitudes I'm confronted with here. Case in point today:. I visited the wash township branch today and their coin counter was down so they told me to try blackwood. I showed up at blackwood and the coin counter looks fine but the asst. Mgr said "sorry our coin counter is down". I asked if they shared that info with the other branches since I drove a half hour to get here. With no apology and a snippy reply she said "well, it just went down". I'm relatively certain they just didn't want anyone using the machine. If you have the chance, try out one of the other republic Bank branches. They are really fantastic, but please avoid this one like the plague until they get staff that understand the policies and culture. Update:. The manager of the store reached out to me and assured me that they are working to make improvements at this branch. I appreciated his communication and effort. This is the type of customer service that I have come to expect from republic and the reason that I'm a customer of theirs.”
