I was referred to her by my Dentist and I really trusted and valued her advice. Although I did not need further service, I would recommend her to anyone in need of braces. I enjoyed my experience at the office; from the pleasant receptionist, to the waiting room amenities, and the exam room, which is not usual for me elsewhere. I even called to ask a quick question months later and she herself got right on the phone to ask how my summer was going, and I wasn’t even a patient of hers for more than 10 minutes. “Came up on vacation to visit my brother, and my daughter that recently got braces (2 weeks prior) had some rubber bands pop off on the inside of her teeth. She was in a lot of pain, and couldn't eat much. I first called another Dr., and was told that it would cost $100 for an out of town emergency visit. I then called Dr. Silverstein's office, and was told they would do it for free, since they didn't want her to go through any pain during the holidays. We get there, and the staff were amazing and friendly, and not only did Dr. Silverstein put the new rubber bands on for her, they also gave her more wax, a toothbrush, and some oral gel for the pain. Absolutely amazing people, so much so, that they got a new customer in my niece.”
