I called them mid afternoon in a panic because my temporary cap had fallen off while eating and the dentist who had installed it just 3 days ago was not in the office for the next two days. The administrator, Val was so nice, efficient, and friendly on the phone. They got me into the office right away and fixed the cap. It was a much better experience then what I have had with my current dentist. Doctor Matarazzo was great, quick and had a calming effect on me.
