Dr. Giacona is so attentive and personable and really listens. I have been with her for well over 20 years. She is awesome! Dr.Thompson/Giacona were especially amazing to me when my daughter caught covid during the early onset. They used their former office space for a place where people who were sympomatic could be seen. They saved my daughter's life. I took her there, and the next day, Dr. Thompson called and said, (over a weekend), I want you to take her to get another chest xray. Infection had doubled. Dr. T immediately adjusted meds and told us to bring her in next day. When I took my daughter back then next morning, she could barely walk up the stairs from out den. I had her secluded. We pulled up and Giacona evaulated her and quickly turned her back to me and said to go right to the hospital. If Dr. Thompson/Giacona hadn't insist we follow up, she would have died in my den. They showed up when a lot of doctors were refusing covid patients. I'm eternally grateful to them and all of the wonderful staff. I know they saved my daughter.”
