“Visited the office this morning for shoulder pain. After about 2 mins speaking with a staff member, I was immediately brought in for X-rays. Dr. Nelson came in quickly and asked me various questions related to my visit and listened to me while I explained some preexisting injuries I had. He had me do more X-rays to look at some of them for a clearer picture of what was going on. He was nice, efficient, didn’t speak over me and listened. I’m a busy working mom of young kids and he was very conscious of that when recommending home exercises for me. I really liked my experience and that Dr. Nelson was no nonsense and practical in my treatment. The office staff was very nice and helpful and overall I had a good experience.”
