“I went for a uri radiogram at 3:15. The directions said no food or drink after midnight. I told the tech and she said that was wrong and i could have had something before as long as it was about 6 hours of fasting. I had to wait all day before i could finally eat or drink. The tech said she was also going to reach out since someone else had the same issue. The directions should spell out how long the fast has to be based on the time of the test. Normally midnight would be for an early morning test not at the end of the day. Other than that the test went fine and the tech was great and let me know what was going to happen with each step”
