The harder you work out your heart rate monitor records your progress by giving you splat points. HIIT is a fat burning exercise that keeps your metabolism up for a day or two after your workout burning fat. It has helped me lose weight and stay in shape. I get to eat what I want when I work out. The instructors Evan, Patrick, Courtney and Jennifer are very inspiring and help as needed. All their staff is wonderful to work with.”

The atmosphere is relaxed, friendly and family like and the staff works especially well with young children. I was very impressed with how they incorporate computer learning with their private lesson programs. They also offer discounts for families with two or more children taking lessons so that has saved me some money. They also offer recitals in the spring and small concerts at bookstores and coffeehouses throughout the the year to showcase their students. It is great to find a school that is so focused on passing the art of music on to the next generation without all the hype or formality that you usually get from music stores and traditional private lesson teachers. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for lessons.”

It's such a hassle to get the cameras to connect to your home wifi all they do is load forever and nothing I tried with 2 different cameras over $400. Whats the purpose of getting a camera if you can't check it while your away from home? I hope tomorrow I can get something that will actually work. Update. I returned to the store and the Lady, sorry I don't remember her name, was very helpful. She showed me how to connect the camera the correct way. She also showed me features the camera had and went through the process as to how to use the features. I was pleased with my service and very happy the camera is working correctly now :)”
