“Your typical Sears. This one is out of the way and pretty empty so it's nice to do your shopping and not worry about other people. Same selection and prices as Sears in the malls. “I recently purchased a new headset for my laptop and had issues with the microphone connecting. I took the headset and laptop to the Long Branch Best Buy where Jesus from the Geek Squad assisted me. After getting the headset to connect properly he allowed me to demo a different headset and then helped me return the original unit and purchase the new one. Jesus was extremely diligent in testing both my laptop and the headset. “I needed to rent an instrument for my daughter for school and due to my negligence I needed a rush order. The staff there is outstanding (Kudos to Jim and Carolyn). They were able to fulfill my request without a problem in an expedited fashion. I was really happy but then I realized I ordered the WRONG instrument. Another Bad on my part, I called back and had to re expedite something already expedited. Not a problem at all, they swapped out the wrong instrument for the correct one. Thanks once again to all who helped (a second time). Instead of looking like a goat I was able to save face and get my daughter her instrument on time for her first lesson at school. (oh and I might add that their pricing was LOWER than other places!!!!)”
