She has a great eye for what will look good and really works with you to understand your style and taste to help you find the perfect blinds or shades. The store has an amazing selection; we wanted operable shades for an arch window and they were the only company locally that was able to provide that for us. This is how I originally found the store, but have continued to use the store for all my blinds/shades needs due to their excellent selection and great customer service. Lissa is not pushy at all and will totally work with you until you are completely satisfied. Beyond that, she is just such a nice woman and a pleasure to work with. Then, when it turned out I hadn't provided enough material (my bad!), the lovely lady who makes the custom upholstery provided coordinating fabric for the cushion undersides free of charge. Beautiful piping work. The custom cushions fit my tricky dining bench and back exactly. I am very happy with their work. The couple who run this small shop are charming and have a sophisticated eye.
