  Erica did a great job of repeatedly researching a replacement piece for a broken shower faucet, recommended a plumber and helped me select an alternative faucet. Excellent service!

  Wonderful sales service from Charming Funiture Mr. Park., he was patient, caring and highly informative toward the various products available. He worked with use to ensure the proper fabric and leathers and size needed, and worked with us to arrange delivery time, and required paper work. The delivery was great, came right on time, allowed us a full inspection of the item, and showed us how to use any added features.

  We have been buying our furniture from Charming for the last four years. It is an amazing find for us - very friendly owners (Ella and Alan), very helpful and well informed, and gracious in identifying the furniture best suited for us. They also deliver and install it to our satisfaction. The range is very good and the price is good too. Highly recommended.

  I bought sofa set, bedroom armoire, dresser and desk from Charming furniture. The owners are very knowledgeable and so helpful. They accommodate my schedule to deliver the furniture. They were efficient with the paperwork. From choosing the furniture to paperwork and delivery went very smooth. Best of all is they are not pushy so I feel comfortable looking around.

  I recently bought a new sofa here and I am totally happy with my purchase and the service.
  
  The owners were very nice and helpful, and the sofa is lovely and very comfortable. Not to mention the high quality, decent price and quick delivery!

  My family always choose this place when looking for high quality furniture. The owners here are so helpful and will always find the right piece for your home! All the furniture are excellent in quality as well! They have so many different styles to choose from and almost always have sales on something. Highly recommend!

  I was extremely stressed out about our remodel but Erica made it so easy! It didn't matter that I was completely clueless because she walked me through my options and explained why some features would be helpful. She asked questions to better understand what we wanted and needed. Erica also made sure I had all the pieces that I needed so that when the installation time came, everything went perfectly.
