“I took the free class at the MAX in Cranford, thinking this would be like any other workout class that I would do once or twice and get bored. Boy was I wrong ! You feel the energy once you enter and the warm smiles welcoming you is amazing. I'll never forget how kind the legacy members were with me on my first day/s. Teaching me form, encouraging me and welcoming me to the class. When I wanted to quit or thought I couldn't do it the trainers speak to you and give you that motivation you so desperately lack when you're tired and feel defeated. Ooh did I mention I do a 5am class ? Me !! A non-morning person ! Lol. Yes, that is how much I enjoy it. I make sure to get my workout in before work since then life happens and my son owns my time after work. Each class is offered multiple times throughout the day to make sure to fit into everyone's busy schedule. I have lost inches and pounds during this challenge. But most of all I have learned how to eat the proper foods and enjoy it. It's not a diet for me ! I eat food that I enjoy and still get a to indulge every now and then. I can play soccer with my son! To me, that is priceless and I couldn't have gotten here without the MAX AT CRANFORD . Thank you!!”
