“Excellent! Originally I had seen Dr. Shariarti who I never saw after the first visit. However, Dr. Pelz did the surgery and Laura was my navigator througout. The office and Dr. Pelz made me feel so calm throughout it ALL including surgery and I have extreme anxiety! Normally I 2nd, 3rd, 4th question myself and choices. This was the best choice and they helped me every step of the way. The office staff is AMAZINGLY supportive and sweet and on the ball - something you don't see very often anywhere. The attitudes and way they go over and above to help you. The greetings. The willingness to help. I'm stunned (and no I'm not just saying it.. I have doctors and other professionals whose staff are so rude, short, dismissive, etc! and that is more commonplace!). Angelina, the other ladies (I can't recall the one young lady who comes in to the room and takes the bp etc but she is a sweetheart-update Savanah), LAURA who I love and has been my rock, Maria, the other APN, ALL... beyond amazing. The nurses, aides and staff at Dellridge are all amazing. They were thorough in reviewing her case, listened to our concerns and creating a tailor-made plan for our mother for her care. They are caring, responsible, professional and are a pleasure to interact with. Their rehab department is excellent, working with our mother diligently and after a few weeks she gained strength back and was walking. Every morning she was greeted with a smile from the head nurse and throughout the day all the nurses, aides and other team members that came into her room were always friendly, greeting her with a smile and asking her how she was doing. My mother looked forward to seeing them and developed friendships with the staff often inquired about them instead of talking about herself. We are grateful for Brian and the entire team at Dellridge Rehab Facility that we could turn to you when our mother need help.
