“Where do I start? I was seriously unhappy with my weight and was contemplating what to do about it. I decided to walk in and inquire about their weight loss program. Oh I am so happy I did. Cynthia was absolutely amazing, consultation was clear cut and I started the program. I lost a total of 25lbs in 40 days and felt amazing. It is a strict program but I have to say i was never hungry, didn’t crave and was overall feeling fabulous throughout. I feared headaches because every other weight loss plan o did caused my migraines to worsen. For whatever reason I had no migraines, no headaches, no stomach aches which I suffered from daily and just felt fabulous. It was tough breaking bad habits but just staying focused with the help of my weekly weigh ins and conversations with Cynthia kept me on board. I was weighing 179lbs and ended the program weighing 158 just 3 days after I weighed 155. Best I’ve felt in many years. I would recommend the program with my eyes shut.
