“Merrill was very helpful, and the process there is pretty straightforward. We already have a fabricator so I just needed to provide their name so she could get pricing information to him. It's a good size facility with a lot of selection, so if you have mobility issues, be prepared. We brought my wheelchair. My husband went in the main door, and Merrill met us at one of the large warehouse doors so I didn't have to deal with navigating the walkway or reception area. I had no problems getting down the aisles, but a lot of them I had to back out of as there wasn't necessarily room at the end to swing around to the next aisle. I was able to get to everything though, so that was good. That being said, they really do have a wide selection of stones. A few things we wanted to see weren't in stock, but that can happen. I would highly recommend going to see the stones in person as they can look different from the website.”

“Our old contractor was so unreliable and their crew keeps calling out. Up to the point that I didn't want them to do our kitchen, family room and bathrrom. Avi was referred to us by one of our friends who he did their kitchen also. Within two weeks, the same stone that we wanted he got us and everything else that's needed to be done was complete! “Beautiful town and nice train station 🚉 with an authentic Japanese mart 😄 We loved their authentic Japanese potato salad, prepared food and mochi. Their Japanese pan (bread) were not as good as Korean or Taiwanese bread (imho the outer bread was okay but tuna fillings were too little and cheese fillings were too salty). Overall item prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this place in the weekend picnicking at train station bench to enjoy the Japanese small train station town like atmosphere.”

“Stopped in to return my son’s rented snowboard and the entire staff at this location could not be more helpful. One of the guys saw me getting it out if my minivan and he came and took it from me so I didn’t have to carry it. Inside my paperwork was handled efficiently by “J” (oh I’m sorry, I am the worst in remembering names) and then Danni helped me with some patio furniture and summer umbrellas. I never knew Ski Barn had beautiful patio furniture in summers. I bought three umbrellas with the sunbrella material. Danni also helped me look at the fabric choices for the Telescope dinner set I fell in love with so I can order a custom set toward the end of the season. “I can see why this company is called “Nice” Electric . Recently opened my pool and had an electrical issue from whoever the previous homeowner used as an electrician prior - Tom was extremely respondent and when I called him on a late Saturday afternoon to inform him of the issue (best I could ) he came out that next day on a Sunday of all days ! This was not an easy fix as he had to check all circuits to locate the problem but within 2 hours had the problem solved and our minds are at ease . He is honest - respondent and I can actually tell he cares . We will definitely use his services again”

They were kind enough to relocate it to the Paramus store so that we could try it out. We all fell in love with the piano, and consummated the transaction the next day.
