“Never had a bad experience at JFK. The past few year both my elderly parents were patients there. Most recently my Dad was admitted and the ER staff was excellent considering all the patients. The nursing staff on 3-Central were great. The only draw back would be the parking, horrible parking lot and never no where to park. The cafeteria is way overpriced and though selection isn't bad if you like fancy sandwiches.”

“Dr. Ylonka Garcia Marotta is my primary care physician now for 6 years. I like that she does a head to toe check every visit and makes all the referrals I need. Kindly, has given me three months’ supply of medications when I could not afford not having health insurance. She would take time to search other inexpensive medications that were affordable to my budget. She is a highly trained Bilingual Medical Doctor that cares about my health. Her staff also speak both English and Spanish always calling me with follow up laboratories information. Lastly, the office staff always give me an appointment within evenings or early mornings or simply as soon as possible. I would highly recommend Ylonka Garcia Marotta to new patients.”

“I started having trouble between my shoulders in 2005 which began as a tingling feeling like electrical flow. Chiropractors all said it was pinched nerve. Always believed the migraines and dizziness stemmed from the spine too. So I spent many years of time and money on cranial sacral massage and chiropractic adjustments only to be told in 2018 that I am "just getting old". Dr. John Gould didn't go to the same school and he thought he could get me moving again. Instead of basic spine twisting and send em home, he looked at the mobility of my arms. What he noticed was a frozen shoulder and a stiff shoulder. I am still impressed by his knowledge as he continues to correct even the elbow! He pays attention to so many details and explains things as he goes along. I highly recommend him especially if you are considering surgery. You can probably avoid it. Now I can play tennis and just sit or sleep comfortably.”

“I scheduled an early intervention with Marcella and she was very accommodating to my schedule. She was also very patient and adressed my concerns. The evaluation was with Tracy & Beth and they were amazing from the minute they walked into my home. Their interaction with my son, which to me is the most important, was great. My son (28m) was a little shy at first but he opened up withing 15-20m. They even brought a box with toys for the evaluation talk about being prepared! They played with him, were patient, listened to my concerns, asked relevant questions, and praised my son when he answered or did something correctly. It was a very pleasant and professional to interaction overall. The entire evaluation took a little over 2hrs (which flew by). I would highly recommend Tracy & Beth to anyone looking to schedule. “This place is amazing. Great care from Doctor and staff. They are very friendly and we were seen very quickly. My son was able to get x-rays there too. No need to go to a different facility. We were even able to get a nebulizer machine covered by insurance. He has a hard time with the inhaler. This machine is a godsend. This place closes late which was also awesome. The care he received would have taken hours at the ER. I feel blessed to have found it. I will definitely take my kids there again.”
