“I really loved the south area. It is a long stretch of beach and marsh that was essentially empty when I visited (except for a guy and his dog). The freedom to explore and enjoy the sea breeze in solitude is unlike most Jersey shore experiences. Although I didn’t feel like staying long enough to see, it seems like the perfect place to watch the sunset over the water of the Delaware Bay.”

“This was my first time staying there and let me just say the staff was great. My check in was quick and detailed. She explained everything and location of the cabin. My firewood came fast. The place and cabin was really nice and clean. The people around you are really nice. I really enjoyed this little getaway. I will be going back and letting my friends know it's a good place to stay. “Trash is a consistent problem there. Bring a bag and pick some up to help keep the place clean! There is a bald cypress and plenty of mistletoe if you look carefully. It’s a good spot to see adult Bald Eagles and transiting birds from bay to ocean and back along Sluice Creek.”
