“Got my new iPhone today and the process was nothing that I expected. I thought I’d be there for hours!! I was greeted right away by Nate and within minutes I had my new phone. He answered any questions I had. He was very patient and helped the initial process of transferring my info from my old phone. (No trade in) When I went to the “get-to-know-your-phone” table, the girl there, maybe Katlyn, was not as patient. She spoke very fast as though we should know what we are doing.
