“I had a new indoor grinder pump installed. I spoke with the office supervisor and gave her all the request information. The technician (John) arrived within 45 minutes and with the new unit. He removed the old unit and installed the new unit without difficulty. He tested the new unit and explained everything (warranty, control panel) to me. He left the work area spotless. Total time was approximately two (2) hours, which included making a trip over to the Mt. Top Sewer Authority to retrieve the plug off of my old pump to wire up the new control panel.
